In some states
yes. If you are in a state that requires "two party notification" of
call recording, Go4callloger can be configured to play an audible
beep to notify parties that they are being recorded on some analog
systems. There are third party devices that can provide the beep
tone on incompatible systems. Also, you may only be required to
provide a single notification at the beginning of a call. You may be
able to configure your switch or voice mail system to provide this

User authentication is required for all system access. All features
within Go4callloger have associated permissions that can be granted
to users on an individual basis. Administrators can also configure

periodically. Recordings can be secured with encryption if desired. |

recordings stored on Go4callloger by any combination of date, time,
channel, user, account number, or tracking number and then click on
the appropriate record. Depending on your configuration, you may be

accessing data a breeze! |

lose important log time. Network storage is also available. |
